MEET CHEF ANAIYALATOR
Born in 2001 and raised in Wilmington, Delaware by a single mother and my Nana, I fell in love with food at an early age. Watching my Nana turn humble ingredients into extraordinary meals sparked a passion that’s guided me ever since.
By seven, I knew I wanted to be a chef. In 2018, I began my culinary journey at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, earning my Associate of Applied Science while working full-time in catering. I ended my studies at Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, where I learned what it truly takes to survive—and thrive—in a world-class kitchen.
Since then, I’ve honed my craft in diverse restaurants and climbed through the ranks of every kitchen I’ve joined. In 2021, I moved to San Antonio and joined the Biga team, becoming sous chef at just 23.
In 2024, I earned the opportunity of a lifetime: competing on Hell’s Kitchen (premiering fall 2025). Every kitchen, chef, and cook I’ve worked alongside has shaped the chef I am today.
Cooking isn’t just my career—it’s my purpose. I hope you feel that passion in everything I share with you.

ChefAnaiyalator has always dreamed of being the Chef she has become today. Guided by talent, drive, and intelligence—the key ingredients of her success—she graduated from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University in 2020 after an internship at Commander's Palace in historic New Orleans. She has been expanding her knowledge and art since that time. She has now been chosen to represent the illustrious state of Delaware on Season 24 of Hell's Kitchen with Chef Gordon Ramsey.
